PE foamed mats are made up of TPE, EVA, and artificial rubber, which happen to come at a higher production cost. However, the quality of these mats is superior, as they offer great elasticity and softness while providing anti-skid features. Furthermore, they do not contain plastic and are eco-friendly, which makes them a highly desirable product. TPE cushions can even come in thicknesses of 10mm. Meanwhile, PVC foamed mats are the more commonly used type, as they come at a lower price point and offer various color options. Additionally, they are easy to produce and can be customized according to customer requirements, making them a popular choice among the masses.

TPE cushion has a longer service time compared to PVC and is known for its durability, with a lifespan that is four or five times longer than PVC.

When looking for a TPE cushion, there’s no need to worry about its skid resistance and elasticity. This material is superior to PVC in terms of its skid resistance, elasticity, and overall craftsmanship. Even if you work up a sweat, the mat will still provide excellent grip.

The TPE mat may emit a new, strong odor initially, but with time, the scent will dissipate. However, a low-quality PVC mat could have a lingering odor that persists for many days. If you encounter a mat that emanates a strong scent, it is probably of poor quality and should be avoided.

In terms of yoga mats, the TPE option stands out as the superior choice. Its eco-friendly characteristics are excellent, with the ability to be 100% recycled. This is a crucial factor in preserving the environment, which is why I urge everyone to consider using a TPE yoga mat. You can't go wrong with one of these mats.
